二十多年前,，柏林墻倒塌，萬(wàn)維網(wǎng)誕生,，全球化來(lái)開(kāi)序幕,。今天，雖然地緣政治挑戰(zhàn)不斷,，但數(shù)字時(shí)代,，生產(chǎn)、經(jīng)濟(jì)都變得更有效率,。參會(huì)嘉賓一致表示,，對(duì)未來(lái)數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展持樂(lè)觀態(tài)度。

Facebook首席運(yùn)營(yíng)官謝麗爾•桑德博格表示,，目前全球只有40%的人相連接,，我們需要拓展這個(gè)數(shù)字，讓更多的人連接進(jìn)來(lái),，發(fā)出自己的聲音,。這樣無(wú)疑能增加經(jīng)濟(jì)機(jī)會(huì)。而且現(xiàn)在世界不平等的現(xiàn)象會(huì)有所改觀,，科技能使更多的女性受到教育,。

沃達(dá)豐首席執(zhí)行官維托里奧·科勞則認(rèn)為,，現(xiàn)在的全球化僅僅是個(gè)開(kāi)始。人們將通過(guò)各種連接,，釋放生產(chǎn)力,，世界也將更加平等。但是他也提醒到,，好人壞人都在用互聯(lián)網(wǎng),。避免互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的副作用迫在眉睫。他指出,，人們必須用透明的辦法,，發(fā)布完全透明的報(bào)告，告訴客戶我們?cè)谧鍪裁?，授?quán)做什么,。

谷歌董事長(zhǎng)埃里克·施密特說(shuō)：“所有的問(wèn)題都能通過(guò)寬帶解決。”他認(rèn)為,，機(jī)器智能讓我們更聰明,，對(duì)每個(gè)人都產(chǎn)生積極正面的影響，比如幫助人們治療疾病,、提高能源利用效率等,，“智能手機(jī)比我們此前的超級(jí)計(jì)算機(jī)還聰明。”

微軟CEO薩提亞·納德拉(Satya Nadella)認(rèn)為,，科技在為人所用之后能做成很多美好的事情,。如何平衡科技在個(gè)人、社會(huì),、政府之間的角色是關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題,。而問(wèn)題的答案就在于達(dá)成全球共識(shí)。這需要確保政府和個(gè)體之間利益分配公平,。人們需要接受政府使用隱私數(shù)據(jù)來(lái)保護(hù)安全,，同時(shí)政府也需清楚底線，尊重個(gè)人,?；ヂ?lián)網(wǎng)是世界共同的財(cái)富。

Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella believed that science and technology can make a lot of good things. People need to accept the government uses to protect the privacy of data security, while the government also needs to know the bottom line and respect the individual.
