2014年著眼于服務(wù)國(guó)家“一帶一路”戰(zhàn)略,鐵總加快構(gòu)建中歐鐵路大通道,全年共開(kāi)行中歐班列308列,發(fā)送集裝箱26070標(biāo)準(zhǔn)箱,較上年同期多開(kāi)228列,增長(zhǎng)285%,促進(jìn)了中歐沿線各國(guó)間經(jīng)貿(mào)交流發(fā)展,。

鐵總表示,去年鐵路部門(mén)結(jié)合深化貨運(yùn)組織改革,進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化中歐班列運(yùn)輸組織,提高鐵路國(guó)際聯(lián)運(yùn)服務(wù)質(zhì)量,。按照日行1000公里,、全程運(yùn)輸時(shí)間在12天左右的要求,安排了西中東三個(gè)方向的中歐班列通道,其中西部通道經(jīng)阿拉山口(霍爾果斯)出境,中部通道經(jīng)二連浩特出境,東部通道經(jīng)滿洲里出境,。在2014年下半年運(yùn)行圖調(diào)整中,將中歐班列運(yùn)行線由7條增加到19條,為不斷增長(zhǎng)的中歐班列運(yùn)輸需求提供了充足的運(yùn)力保障,。

此外,鐵路部門(mén)不斷推動(dòng)與中歐班列沿線各國(guó)鐵路合作。加強(qiáng)與俄羅斯,、哈薩克斯坦等國(guó)家鐵路的溝通磋商,在推進(jìn)建立中歐班列協(xié)調(diào)機(jī)制,、編制統(tǒng)一運(yùn)行圖等方面達(dá)成共識(shí),在運(yùn)輸郵政包裹、組織回程班列等方面取得成果,。成功組織了中哈間集裝箱運(yùn)輸國(guó)際郵包的試運(yùn)工作,為中歐間迅速發(fā)展的電商貿(mào)易和郵包運(yùn)輸進(jìn)行了有益探索,。成功組織了中歐班列保溫箱運(yùn)輸,解決了高端電子產(chǎn)品冬季鐵路運(yùn)輸?shù)募夹g(shù)難題。

The cooperation said, in 2015, the EU-China trains overseas business networks of China-EU railway and service organizational capacity would be further improved; the distribution and transport capacity of overseas container would be strengthened, and service chain would be extended; the international "door to door" service would be provided; they would focus on imported cars, machinery and equipment, chemicals and agricultural products, in order to develop the return supply of China-EU railway and reduce logistics costs.
