中華人民共和國(guó)政府和意大利共和國(guó)政府10月14日在羅馬發(fā)表《中華人民共和國(guó)政府和意大利共和國(guó)政府聯(lián)合聲明》,。大意如下:
一、雙方一致認(rèn)為,,近年來(lái),,中意兩國(guó)政治對(duì)話與合作富有成果、穩(wěn)步發(fā)展,,各領(lǐng)域合作不斷深化,,在地區(qū)和國(guó)際問題上的協(xié)調(diào)日益加強(qiáng),兩國(guó)全面戰(zhàn)略伙伴關(guān)系得到進(jìn)一步鞏固和充實(shí),,為維護(hù)世界和平與穩(wěn)定作出了貢獻(xiàn),。
二、雙方一致同意,,應(yīng)加緊落實(shí)2014年6月11日在北京發(fā)表的《中意關(guān)于加強(qiáng)經(jīng)濟(jì)合作的三年行動(dòng)計(jì)劃(2014-2016)》,,發(fā)揮兩國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)體系的互補(bǔ)優(yōu)勢(shì),逐步實(shí)現(xiàn)雙邊貿(mào)易和雙向投資平衡發(fā)展,。應(yīng)加緊落實(shí)中國(guó)商務(wù)部與意大利經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展部簽署的諒解備忘錄,,在節(jié)能環(huán)保、農(nóng)業(yè)與食品安全,、可持續(xù)城鎮(zhèn)化,、醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生、航空航天等五個(gè)優(yōu)先領(lǐng)域加強(qiáng)合作,。
三,、雙方一致同意,進(jìn)一步深化海關(guān),、知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)等領(lǐng)域合作,,為進(jìn)入市場(chǎng)提供高效服務(wù),并為拓展經(jīng)貿(mào)和投資活動(dòng)提供必要法律保障。
四,、雙方一致同意,,進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)兩國(guó)文化合作關(guān)系。雙方應(yīng)充分發(fā)揮中意文化合作機(jī)制的作用,,進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)在文化遺產(chǎn)、文學(xué)出版,、當(dāng)代藝術(shù)以及設(shè)計(jì)和文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)等方面的交流與合作,。雙方在互利互惠和相互尊重對(duì)方國(guó)家相關(guān)法律法規(guī)的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步推廣在意漢語(yǔ)教學(xué)和在華意大利語(yǔ)教學(xué),。
五,、雙方高興地注意到,繼意大利積極參與2010年上海世博會(huì)后,,中方將積極參與2015年米蘭世博會(huì),。中方將建造一個(gè)國(guó)家館和兩個(gè)企業(yè)館,并積極策劃開展省區(qū)市活動(dòng)周等系列活動(dòng),。中方參與米蘭世博會(huì)將有助于進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大中意經(jīng)貿(mào)合作,,推動(dòng)兩國(guó)地方政府和企業(yè)界的交流,促進(jìn)中國(guó)游客赴意,。雙方將共同努力,,鼓勵(lì)本國(guó)公民赴對(duì)方國(guó)家旅游,簡(jiǎn)化簽證發(fā)放程序,。(中國(guó)進(jìn)出口網(wǎng))
Government of People's Republic of China and the Government of the Republic of Italy issued a joint statement in Rome on 14th September. The main contents are as follows:
First, both sides agrees that, in recent years, the political dialogue and cooperation between China and Italy is fruitful and develops steadily, the cooperation in all areas increasingly deepens, coordination on regional and international issues increasingly strengthens, bilateral comprehensive strategic partnership relations have been further consolidated and enriched, to make a contribution to safeguarding world peace and stability.
Second, both sides agrees to step up efforts to implement the "Sino-Italian three-year action plan to strengthen economic cooperation (2014-2016)", issued in Beijing on June 11, 2014, to play the complementary advantages of both economies, and to gradually realize the development of bilateral trade and bidirectional balanced investment. China should step up the implementation of the memorandum of understanding with the Italian Ministry of Commerce, both sides should strengthen cooperation in energy conservation and environmental protection, agriculture and food security, sustainable urbanization, health care and aerospace.
Third, both sides agrees to further deepen the cooperation in terms of customs and intellectual property protection, in order to provide efficient services to enter the market and to provide the necessary legal guarantees to expand trade and investment activities.
Fourth, both sides agrees to further strengthen the cultural cooperation between the two countries. Both sides should give full play to the role of Italian cultural cooperation mechanisms to further strengthen exchanges and cooperation in cultural, literary publishing, design and contemporary art as well as the cultural and creative industries. On the basis of mutual benefit and mutual respect for relevant national laws and regulations, Chinese teaching in Italy and Italian teaching in China should be further promoted.
Fifth, both sides are pleased to note that, following the Italian actively participation in 2010 Shanghai World Expo, China will actively participate in 2015 Milan World Expo. China will build a National Museum and two corporate pavilions, besides China will actively plan to carry provinces/districts/cities activity week and other activities. China's participation in the Milan Expo will contribute to the further expansion of Sino-Italian economic and trade cooperation, promote exchanges between local governments and the business community and lead Chinese tourists to travel to Italy. Both sides will make efforts to encourage their citizens to visit each other's country and to simplify visa issuance procedures.
