上周在北京舉行的中國互聯(lián)網(wǎng)大會上,,中國網(wǎng)庫互通信息技術(shù)有限公司(以下簡稱“中國網(wǎng)庫”)董事長王海波接受騰訊科技專訪,,介紹了中國網(wǎng)庫的業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展情況,,也闡述了國內(nèi)B2B業(yè)務(wù)的現(xiàn)狀和未來,。
王海波介紹,,中國網(wǎng)庫已經(jīng)成立14年時間,,主要為實體企業(yè)提供電子運營及后期的交易服務(wù)。王海波介紹,,中國網(wǎng)庫從美國納斯達(dá)克退市主要是因為看重國內(nèi)的B2B市場,,之前阿里巴巴B2B業(yè)務(wù)上市處于低迷狀況,主要原因是其天貓業(yè)務(wù)太強,,事實上資本市場還是很關(guān)注B2B市場的,,工信部資料和中國網(wǎng)庫的數(shù)據(jù)都能反映B2B市場的重要性。
王海波認(rèn)為,,國內(nèi)B2B市場有三個階段,,先是信息撮合時代和行業(yè)展示時代,這兩個時代都由互聯(lián)網(wǎng)公司主導(dǎo),,目前已經(jīng)進入第三個以實體企業(yè)主導(dǎo)的時代,,中國網(wǎng)庫基于此做細(xì)分領(lǐng)域精細(xì)化服務(wù),這是中國網(wǎng)庫的重要出路,,B2B企業(yè)的本質(zhì)還是要回歸實體企業(yè),。
王海波介紹,接下來一段時間,,中國網(wǎng)庫將配合工信部“騰計劃”推動各地實體中小企業(yè)電子商務(wù)應(yīng)用,,同時會借助電商的實體企業(yè)開展O2O服務(wù)。
王海波認(rèn)為,,B2B最終的發(fā)展方向不是IT公司也不是第三方平臺,,而是實體企業(yè) 不同產(chǎn)業(yè)的B2B會出現(xiàn)大量應(yīng)用模式和交易機會,。(由中國進出口網(wǎng)摘自騰訊科技)
At the China Internet Conference held last week in Beijing, Wang Haibo, Director of Board in China Wangku Communication and Information Technology Co., Ltd. During the interview, he described the business development of China Wangku, and also described the current situation and future development of B2B business in China.
According to Wang Haibo’s introduction, China Wangku has been established for 14 years, mainly providing electronic operations and post-trading services for business entities. Wang Haibo said that China Wangku delisted from NASDAQ mainly because of domestic B2B market value, before Alibaba B2B business was in a depressed state, mainly because its Tianmao business far too strong, in fact, the capital market is still very concerned about the B2B market. Date of Chinese Ministry of Industry and Information and China Wangku reflect the importance of B2B markets.
From Wang Haibo’s point of view, the domestic B2B market has three stages, first the information age and industry showcase match times, these two era are both dominated by the Internet company, but now it has entered the third era dominated by corporate entities, China Wangku is now doing the fine service in this subdivision field, which is an important way out for China Wangku, the nature of B2B companies still have to return to business entities.
According to Wang Haibo, in the next period of time, China Wangku will coordinate with the "Teng Plan" of the Ministry of Industry and Information to romote SME entities with the applications of e-business, and it will aid business entities to conduct O2O business.
Wang Haibo thinks that the ultimate growth direction of B2B business is not an IT company nor a third party platform, but business entities. B2B business in different industries will develop mutil-modes of application and and trading opportunities. (Transalated by doscana.com)
