本周五萬達(dá)、騰訊和百度將在深圳宣布成立一家電子商務(wù)公司,,總投資額為50億元,,萬達(dá)占大股。三家加起來的簡(jiǎn)寫就是BTW,,by the way,,好戲還在后頭。
這次合作確實(shí)是一次天地之和,。
騰訊和百度的主業(yè)都不是電子商務(wù),,他們也都在積極布局O2O,這才決定了他們?cè)敢飧f達(dá)合作,,因?yàn)槿f達(dá)有85家位于城市中心的萬達(dá)廣場(chǎng),,今年底要開到120家,明年底是140家,,每年的客流量有20億人次,。在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)公司眼中,這可都是令人垂涎的流量呀!
因此,,與萬達(dá)合作,,對(duì)于騰訊和百度最大的好處就是把其中的商家全部接入自己的平臺(tái),從而形成真正的O2O閉環(huán),。
現(xiàn)在我們已經(jīng)能夠通過微信的“我的銀行卡”預(yù)訂萬達(dá)影院的電影,,未來也許還可以預(yù)約萬達(dá)廣場(chǎng)中的“大歌星”K歌,預(yù)約去“海底撈”吃飯……你還可以提前通過微信支付或者百度錢包支付,。
當(dāng)然,,合作內(nèi)容應(yīng)該比這個(gè)更加豐富,比如騰訊能否在萬達(dá)廣場(chǎng)開設(shè)產(chǎn)品專賣店,,售賣各種授權(quán)的實(shí)物商品和虛擬商品?百度的營(yíng)銷中心是否可以在萬達(dá)廣場(chǎng)中有一席之地,,作為一個(gè)品牌和招商的窗口?

This Friday Wanda, Tencent and Baidu will announce the establishment of an e-commerce company in Shenzhen, with a total investment of $ 5.0 billion, Wanda accounting for a large share of the company. The abbreviation of the three companies is BTW, “by the way”, while the best is yet to come.
