海關總署最新發(fā)布數(shù)據(jù)顯示，4月我國進出口再現(xiàn)負增長,。對此,，商務部新聞發(fā)言人孫繼文9日表示，今年以來,，我國外貿(mào)形勢更加復雜嚴峻,，下行壓力大。預計下半年形勢好于上半年,，全年外貿(mào)有望呈前低后高走勢,。

4月份，我國進出口總值1.96萬億元,，下降10.9%。其中,，出口1.08萬億元,，下降6.2%；進口8739億元,，下降16.1%,；貿(mào)易順差2102.1億元，擴大85.2%,。

繼3月之后,，4月進出口再次出現(xiàn)雙降，業(yè)內普遍認為,，外需不振和人民幣實際有效匯率走高是導致出口疲軟的主要原因,，而進口商品價格同比大幅下降導致了進口延續(xù)負增長,。

進口延續(xù)6個月負增長，主要進口商品價格同比大幅下降依然是主因,。孫繼文指出,，前四個月，我國原油等8類大宗商品進口量增價跌,，拉低進口增速9.8個百分點,。
