轉(zhuǎn)基因是一項新技術(shù)，也是一個新產(chǎn)業(yè),，具有廣闊發(fā)展前景,。21世紀(jì)是生命科學(xué)的世紀(jì)，而轉(zhuǎn)基因生物技術(shù)是人類科學(xué)技術(shù)的結(jié)晶,，其在世界范圍內(nèi)的推廣和應(yīng)用,對于解決世界性糧食危機(jī)具有重要意義,。中國理所當(dāng)然地需參與其中,。

作為一個新生事物，社會對轉(zhuǎn)基因技術(shù)有爭論,、有疑慮,，這是正常的。對于如何科學(xué)面對轉(zhuǎn)基因技術(shù)和轉(zhuǎn)基因食品,，中國食品安全30人論壇認(rèn)為：

一,、 轉(zhuǎn)基因技術(shù)也是雙刃劍，合理合法應(yīng)用轉(zhuǎn)基因技術(shù)能夠造福人類,，違法濫用轉(zhuǎn)基因技術(shù)也會對人類社會造成傷害,。學(xué)術(shù)界應(yīng)該以“積極大膽研究”、“依法慎重推廣”的原則對待轉(zhuǎn)基因技術(shù)的研究和應(yīng)用,。學(xué)者應(yīng)緊跟世界上轉(zhuǎn)基因研究的最新動態(tài),，持續(xù)進(jìn)行科學(xué)研究，大膽創(chuàng)新,，力求占領(lǐng)轉(zhuǎn)基因技術(shù)的高地,，同時嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)、專業(yè)地對待轉(zhuǎn)基因技術(shù)的實踐運用,，并積極與政府和公眾進(jìn)行轉(zhuǎn)基因技術(shù)的信息交流工作,。

二、政府有關(guān)監(jiān)管部門應(yīng)根據(jù)已定的法律法規(guī)嚴(yán)格執(zhí)法,；有關(guān)轉(zhuǎn)基因作物入境與商業(yè)化種植的重大問題的決策應(yīng)充分尊重民意,，謹(jǐn)慎對待轉(zhuǎn)基因農(nóng)作物產(chǎn)業(yè)化及商業(yè)化推廣，并按照國家制定的技術(shù)規(guī)程規(guī)范進(jìn)行,。

對于目前市場上出現(xiàn)的轉(zhuǎn)基因農(nóng)作物非法商業(yè)化,、轉(zhuǎn)基因產(chǎn)品標(biāo)識不清等現(xiàn)象應(yīng)加以嚴(yán)格監(jiān)管，尊重公眾的自由選擇權(quán)和充分知情權(quán),；對盲目進(jìn)口與推廣轉(zhuǎn)基因商業(yè)化造成嚴(yán)重后果的應(yīng)依法追究責(zé)任,。

三、在媒體報道中,，新聞工作者應(yīng)尊重科學(xué),、了解科學(xué)，對轉(zhuǎn)基因技術(shù)秉承客觀,、中立的立場,，保持理性、科學(xué)的態(tài)度,，向公眾完整,、真實地展現(xiàn)各方觀點，讓科學(xué)獲得公眾的廣泛理解和支持,，而不應(yīng)為"吸引眼球"而傳播或放大荒謬的謠言,，誤導(dǎo),、恐嚇公眾。

四,、目前,，世界相關(guān)國家政府、國際組織,、科學(xué)共同體對已上市的轉(zhuǎn)基因食品一致認(rèn)為沒有安全問題,，且至今尚未有科學(xué)文獻(xiàn)表明轉(zhuǎn)基因食品對人體健康有負(fù)面作用，因此,，公眾應(yīng)科學(xué)正確看待轉(zhuǎn)基因技術(shù),。同時，我們也提示消費者在購買產(chǎn)品時,，應(yīng)注意包裝上是否有轉(zhuǎn)基因產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)廠家的標(biāo)識,，可根據(jù)標(biāo)識進(jìn)行自主選擇，科學(xué),、理性地消費,。（中國進(jìn)出口網(wǎng)）

China Food Safety 30-people Forum’s Opinions about Trans-gene

Trans-gene is a new technology, but also a new industry, and has broad prospects for development. The 21st century is the century of the life sciences, transgenic biotechnology is the crystallization of human science and technology. Its promotion and application in the world is significant for solving food crisis worldwide. China certainly needs to participate.

As a novelty, GM technology is disputed and doubtful, which is normal. For how to face transgenic technology and genetically modified food with scientific attitude, Chinese food safety 30-people Forum put it as follows:

First, the transgenic technology is a double-edged sword. Reasonable and legitimate application of transgenic technology can benefit mankind; illegal abuse of transgenic technology will cause harm to the human society. Academia should be based on the principles of "active bold research", "legally prudent promotion" to treat the research and application of transgenic technology. Scholars should closely follow the latest developments of genetic research in the world, continue scientific research and bold innovation to strive to occupy transgenic technology Heights. At the same time, they should treat practical application of transgenic technology with rigorous and professional attitude, and actively communicate with the government and the public about transgenic technology.

Second, relevant government regulatory authorities should enforce the law strictly according to prescribed laws and regulations; when authorities make decisions on major issues of genetically modified crops immigration and commercial cultivation, they should fully respect public opinion. Transgenic crops’ industrial and commercial promotion should be treated with caution and in operation in accordance with the national development of technical regulations specification nation formulated. 

As for illegal commercialization of genetically modified crops and unclear GMO identity currently appearing on the market, authorities should strictly regulate and respect the public's right for freedom of choice and fully informed; blind import and promotion of genetically modified having serious consequences should be prosecuted according to law.

Third, in the media reports, journalists should respect science, understand science, take an objective, neutral, rational and scientific attitude towards transgenic technology and completely truthfully show all points of view to the public, so that science gains widespread understanding and support from the public. Journalists should not spread or amplify absurd rumors in order to "attract attention" . Journalists should not mislead or intimidate the public.

Fourth, at present, the relevant national governments, international organizations, the scientific community in the world think that there is no security problem about the genetically modified foods in the market, yet no scientific literature indicates that genetically modified food has a negative effect on human health. Therefore, the public should view genetically modified technology with scientific attitude. We also suggest consumers, when buying a product, you should pay attention to whether there is a label of GMO manufacturers on packaging. You can select by your own and scientifically rationally consume.
