沈丹陽(yáng)表示首先是,，深化重點(diǎn)領(lǐng)域和關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)改革與開放，比如上海自貿(mào)區(qū)的建立和對(duì)外投資審批手續(xù)的簡(jiǎn)化,。其次是努力擴(kuò)大消費(fèi)需求,，前10個(gè)月社會(huì)消費(fèi)品零售總額增長(zhǎng)12%，這是很不容易的,。實(shí)際上,，消費(fèi)對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)貢獻(xiàn)度最大，過去是投資第一位,。第三,，促進(jìn)外貿(mào)穩(wěn)增長(zhǎng)調(diào)結(jié)構(gòu)。無(wú)論出口還是進(jìn)口,，雖然增速可能還沒有達(dá)到很多人的預(yù)期,，但中國(guó)外貿(mào)的表現(xiàn)仍然是全球主要經(jīng)濟(jì)體中最好的。

沈丹陽(yáng)表示，經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)是二十國(guó)集團(tuán)峰會(huì)的核心關(guān)注問題,，2010年多倫多的峰會(huì)上就提出了實(shí)現(xiàn)強(qiáng)勁,、可持續(xù)和平衡增長(zhǎng)的目標(biāo)。今年澳大利亞作為主席國(guó),，進(jìn)一步提出將未來5年額外增長(zhǎng)2%作為二十國(guó)集團(tuán)的增長(zhǎng)目標(biāo),，以進(jìn)一步提振全球經(jīng)濟(jì),。各成員為此也都提出了具體的政策措施和落實(shí)路徑。

On the 18th, the Ministry of Commerce held a regular press conference, the Ministry of Commerce spokesman Shen Danyang, said at the press conference, the world economic recovery was weaker than the expected this year, thus Chinese government adopted a series of steady growth, structural adjustment measures to promote economic growth and make a contribution to the global economic recovery. Second was to expand consumer demand, retail sales of the first 10 months increased by 12%, which was not easy. Shen Danyang introduced the coordination between "bringing in" and "going out". We would not only stable foreign investment, but also kept foreign investment rapid growth. Finally, we strengthened the open multilateral and bilateral cooperation, and reached a series of new free trade agreements. We completed FTA substantive negotiations relatively with Australia and South Korea. We achieved steady growth in household consumption, import and export growth steady rise, the rapid growth of foreign investment and cooperation, thus stabilizing the growth of China's economy and contributing to global economic growth.
Shen Danyang said that economic growth was the G20 Summit's core concerns, at the 2010 Toronto summit the goal sustainable and balanced growth was proposed. Australia, as chair of this year, proposed additional growth 2% in the next five years as the G20's growth targets, in order to further boost the global economy. For this reason the members have also made specific policy measures and implementation path.
China also prepared and presented a more comprehensive growth strategy report. For example, China would attach great importance to trade effects on growth, and made a comprehensive trade policy commitments in the growth strategy report, including stabilizing exports and encouraging imports, in the world few countries would encourage imports. Trade in goods, trade in services, trade liberalization and facilitation, innovative business models were also included, such as the cross-border e-commerce business model. Shen Danyang believed that China's commitment to promote trade development, would help support the Chinese economy to achieve strong, sustainable and balanced growth, which also fully embodied China’s contribution and support to the G20.
