近日,，國(guó)家質(zhì)檢總局與海關(guān)總署聯(lián)合發(fā)布了關(guān)于《出入境檢驗(yàn)檢疫機(jī)構(gòu)實(shí)施檢驗(yàn)檢疫的進(jìn)出境商品目錄》調(diào)整和商品編號(hào)聯(lián)動(dòng)調(diào)整的公告,。公告將兒童用汽車安全座椅增設(shè)進(jìn)/出境檢驗(yàn)檢疫監(jiān)管要求為“A/B”,，即實(shí)施進(jìn)/出口商品法定檢驗(yàn),，調(diào)整自2015年2月1日起開始執(zhí)行,。
早在2014年1月，國(guó)家質(zhì)檢總局與國(guó)家認(rèn)監(jiān)委就聯(lián)合發(fā)布關(guān)于機(jī)動(dòng)車兒童乘員用約束系統(tǒng)(兒童汽車安全座椅)實(shí)施強(qiáng)制性產(chǎn)品認(rèn)證的公告,。公告指出,，自2015年9月1日起，未獲得強(qiáng)制性產(chǎn)品認(rèn)證證書和未標(biāo)注強(qiáng)制性產(chǎn)品認(rèn)證標(biāo)志的兒童用汽車安全座椅,，不得出廠,、銷售、進(jìn)口或者在其他經(jīng)營(yíng)活動(dòng)中使用,。即自今年9月1日起,，市面上所有的兒童汽車安全座椅產(chǎn)品都要經(jīng)過(guò)CCC認(rèn)證,。
我國(guó)進(jìn)口兒童安全座椅主要集中在寧波、廣東,、上海,、北京等口岸，有20多家兒童安全座椅主要進(jìn)口商,，部分進(jìn)口兒童安全座椅通過(guò)跨境電子商務(wù)進(jìn)口,。（中國(guó)進(jìn)出口網(wǎng)）
Recently, the Administration of Quality Supervision，Inspection and Quarantine(AQSIQ) and the General Administration of Customs jointly issued "the entry and exit goods catalog inspected and quarantined by CIQ" adjustment and Product Number linkage adjustment. The Notice adjusts the entry / exit inspection and quarantine regulatory requirements for the child car safety seat to "A / B", namely to implement of import / export commodities statutory inspection, this adjustment started from February 1, 2015.
Back in January 2014, AQSIQ and CNCA jointly made an announcement to implement compulsory product certification on child car safety seats. The Notice pointed out that, since September 1, 2015, without the mandatory product certification or mandatory product certification mark, child car safety seats shall not leave the factory, not be sold, imported or used in other business activities. That’s to say, since September 1 this year, all child car safety seat products on market shall be approved by CCC certificate.
China's imports ports of child safety seats are mainly concentrated in Ningbo, Guangdong, Shanghai, Beijing and other ports, there are more than 20 major importers of child safety seats and part of child safety seats are imported through cross-border e-commerce platform.
