“‘互聯(lián)網+大宗商品’行動計劃將會改變大宗商品市場的商業(yè)模式和游戲規(guī)則,，導致行業(yè)重新洗牌,，打造大宗商品市場的升級版，助力我國大宗商品定價力的提高,。”北京工商大學證券期貨研究所所長胡俞越日前表示,。
“互聯(lián)網+”代表一種新的經濟形態(tài)，即充分發(fā)揮互聯(lián)網在生產要素配置中的優(yōu)化和集成作用,，將互聯(lián)網的創(chuàng)新成果深度融合于經濟社會各領域之中,，提升實體經濟的創(chuàng)新力和生產力。
綜觀全球,，自金融危機爆發(fā)以后,，美國就憑借其互聯(lián)網經濟的先發(fā)優(yōu)勢，大力推動“工業(yè)互聯(lián)網”,，加速互聯(lián)網技術與傳統(tǒng)制造業(yè)的融合,。而作為歐洲經濟領頭羊的德國，也將“工業(yè)4.0”作為國家戰(zhàn)略加快推進,，其本質正是新一代信息技術與制造業(yè)的融合,。
胡俞越認為，互聯(lián)網技術可以實現信息良性循環(huán)和分享機制,，使現貨,、遠期、期貨三個價格相互影響,，相互協(xié)調,，形成公允的“錨價格”。而公允的“錨價格”是我國爭奪大宗商品定價權的關鍵,。
“通過互聯(lián)網的形式,，有效整合市場資源，理順大宗商品流通秩序,。建立各級各層市場之間的有機聯(lián)系,，期貨市場向下延伸，現貨市場向上提升，大力培育場外市場,，形成期貨與現貨對接,、場內與場外對接、線上與線下對接,、商品與金融對接,、境內與境外對接的多層次商品市場體系。”胡俞越說,。
以“互聯(lián)網+鋼鐵”為例,，2013年，上海鋼銀的鋼鐵現貨交易平臺項目正式啟動,，短短兩年時間,，已實現環(huán)渤海、長江三角洲,、珠江三角洲地區(qū)全覆蓋,，并繼續(xù)發(fā)力挺進華中。
上海鋼聯(lián)副總裁上海鋼銀總經理白睿日前表示,，鋼銀電商旨在為鋼鐵產業(yè)鏈提供全流程解決方案,，打造集現貨交易、倉儲物流,、在線融資,、支付結算及配套服務于一體的“無縫鋼鐵交易平臺”，目前已經全程參與了鋼材產品寄售模式中的貨物交易,、貨款支付,、提貨、二次結算等交易中的各種環(huán)節(jié),，其“互聯(lián)網+鋼鐵”的模式已經取得了市場的認可,。截至2015年4月，鋼銀電商平臺的日結算量已經高達66593噸,。
胡俞越指出,，承上啟下的大宗商品電子交易市場是現貨交易的升級版，把線下一對一的非標的三現(現場,、現金,、現貨)交易升格為相對標準化的線上交易。大宗商品的產業(yè)化,、市場化,、集約化、規(guī)?；?、標準化更適合于電子化交易方式,。
“‘互聯(lián)網+大宗商品’行動計劃，并不是簡單的進行電子化交易,，而是與金融,、物流乃至上下游企業(yè)結合在一起，形成完整的產業(yè)生態(tài)圈,，多方企業(yè)均進行互聯(lián)網化,，整合產業(yè)鏈。整個產業(yè)鏈集合起來,，將會提高資源配置的效率，改變現有的大宗商品定價規(guī)則,，助力我國爭取大宗商品定價權,。”胡俞越表示。（中國進出口網）

Across the globe, since the financial crisis, the United States resorted to its first-mover advantage of the Internet economy to vigorously promote the "Internet industry" and to accelerate the integration of Internet technology and traditional manufacturing. Hu Yuyue believes that Internet technology can achieve a virtuous cycle of information and sharing mechanisms to make mutual influence and mutual coordination among spot, forwards, futures prices and forge fair "anchor price", which is the key to our country to compete in commodity pricing.

The vice president of Shanghai Steel unio and the general manager of steel silver Bai Rui recently said, we were designed to provide the whole process solutions for the steel industry chain, to create a "seamless steel trading platform" including the spot trading, logistics, online financing, payment and supporting services, it has been involved throughout the steel products in sectors of the trading of goods consignment model, like payment, delivery, billing and other secondary transactions, the "internet + steel" model has universally been recognized. Until April 2015, the daily settlement amount of silver steel business platform has reached 66,593 tons.
Hu Yuyue pointed out that the electronic commodities trading market was an upgraded version of the spot trading, the next line was now one of three non-standard (on-site, cash, cash) transactions upgraded to relatively standardized online trading. It’s suitable to trade commodities online due to commodities’ features - industrialization, marketization, intensiveness, large scale, and standardization.
"'Internet + commodities' action plan, is not simply electronic transactions, but the combination with the financial services, logistics as well as upstream and downstream businesses together to form a complete industry ecosystem, to make multi-party enterprises embrace Internet and to integrate the whole industry chain, thus the efficiency of resource allocation will be increased, the existing commodity pricing rules will be changed, which will help us fight for commodity pricing.
