至于打印過程中的玄機,這項技術的發(fā)明者稱,,這是他們眼下的最高機密,。整個打印過程,只需要一張圖紙,、一臺電腦,、就地取材制造的足夠“油墨”,就可以在24小時內打印出10幢200平方米建筑,。

據發(fā)明者介紹,,這臺高6.6米、寬10米,、長32米的打印機,,底面占地面積足有一個籃球場那么大,高度足有三層樓高,。且打印機長度還可以延伸,,完全拉開足有150米長。打印機在蘇州工廠組裝而成,。這次現身青浦的3D打印房屋,,就是在蘇州打印好后搬運到上海的。

發(fā)明者介紹,,“油墨”是一種經過特殊玻璃纖維強化處理的混凝土材料,,其強度和使用年限大大高于鋼筋混凝土。“空心墻體不但大大減輕了建筑本身重量,,還可以隨意填充保溫材料,,并可任意設計墻體結構,一次性解決墻體的承重結構問題,,因此無論是橋梁,、簡易工房、劇院,,還是賓館和居民住宅,,其建筑體的強度和牢度都符合且高于國家建筑行業(yè)標準。”
