Vineyard situation: At a slope of the Arago

Manufacture method: Pre-fermentative cold maceration between 6 and 9 degrees that allows settling the fermentation times. It allows the fermentation time. After stripping, a slight pressure releases the flower juice ending its fermentation between 25 and 28 degrees. It finally remains for 6 mo
nths in French Oak Casket.
