Transformed Product from smoked Salmon
ORGANONEPTIC/SENSORIC CHARACTERISTICS
Product transformed to small pearls of 3.5 mm, with a creamy texture and a brilliant orange colour. The product is made from smoked salmon- species Salmo salar, farmed in Norway-, which gives a delicious taste with intense aroma, ideal for combining and dressing all types of food.
TRANSFORMATION PROCESS
Product made from smoked salmon and other selected ingredients which are reduced to small pieces. Then the product is pasteurized, automatically packed with hermetic seal and preserved by refrigeration.
